UK Delivery information
When your order is ready for dispatch, we will contact you by phone or email to arrange a suitable day for delivery. Please note that we cannot dispatch any goods until we have spoken to you and pre-arranged a delivery date. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to sign for the parcel on the agreed delivery date. If the delivery is missed and the item is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery.
"We dispatch all orders so that they arrive on your chosen day, using national courier services. We can offer you a weekday for delivery, but we are unable to specify an AM or PM delivery time. However, if you require an AM delivery, we can organise this for you at an additional cost."
Please be sure to inspect the box before signing for the parcel, and take extra care if using a knife or sharp object to open the package. All our products are carefully packed, but it's important to ensure that the box is in good condition before accepting delivery. If the box is damaged, please mark it as "Damaged".
Please note that while we make every effort to dispatch your order on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic delays, severe weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues. We will always do our best to keep you informed of any delays and work with our courier partners to ensure your delivery is completed as soon as possible.
We are only able to deliver orders to Mainland UK. However, if you live outside Mainland UK and are interested in our products, we can quote you a price for delivery.
All deliveries require a signature upon delivery. As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, a member of our dispatch team will call you to arrange a convenient day for delivery. All our beds are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure they meet our high standards and are undamaged.

We regret that our courier service is not insured to take the bed frame to your room or to handle any installation. However, our beds are designed for easy self-assembly and come with clear instructions and all necessary hardware. The approximate delivery time is 4 weeks. However, we also offer express manufacturing with delivery options of 2 weeks and 1 week for an additional fee.

Do i need to wait in all day?+ -
Most deliveries are made in the morning as the couriers aim to empty their vans and pick up other business in the later part of the day. However, the delivery is on a all day service

What if I need to change my delivery address?+ -
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will require the new address in writing. Please note that we may not be able to change the delivery address once the item has been dispatched

No, we don't offer an installation service. Our beds are designed for easy self-assembly and we provide detailed instructions to help you assemble your bed frame quickly and easily. We cover the whole country and deliver our bed frames flat-packed via national courier, so you can enjoy the convenience of having your bed delivered directly to your door. How are your beds delivered? I am worried about access+ -
Our beds are delivered flat-packed via national courier. We understand that access can be a concern, so please let us know beforehand if there are any restrictions or difficult access points to your property. We can then work with you to find the best solution for delivery. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the bed can be delivered to the desired room, as our couriers are not insured to take the bed frame to a specific room.

Can you deliver your beds to UK Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Isles or Hebrides?+ -
You can organise collection from our workshop, or we can quote you for delivery. Please email us your full address prior to purchase, and we'll let you know if delivery is possible and provide a quote if applicable.

Do you offer international delivery?+ -
If a customer wants to use a UK haulage company for delivery to a location outside of mainland UK, they will need to arrange and pay for the haulage fees themselves. We can only dispatch to a UK haulage company located in mainland UK.

Yes, we can offer you a weekday for delivery, but we are unable to specify an AM or PM delivery time. However, we can organise an AM delivery at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.

It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to sign for the parcel on the agreed delivery date. If you are not home when your delivery arrives, the courier will usually attempt delivery again on another day
