Thank you for choosing The Oak Bed Work Shop for your
handmade solid oak bed frame. Our products are made to order, ensuring they are
customised to your specific requirements. As such, we cannot accept returns
unless the product is delivered in a damaged state.
Rest assured, we only dispatch products once they
have been thoroughly checked to ensure they meet our high standards and are
undamaged. All our products are carefully packed and delivered by trusted UK
couriers to ensure that they are not damaged on their way to you.
In the unlikely event that your order does arrive
damaged, we will endeavour to replace the product as soon as possible, but ONLY
under the condition that the delivery is signed for as “damaged” and you
contact us within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot replace any
damaged items after this period of time.
Please note that due to the nature of our business,
you do not have the right to cancel or amend your order once it has been placed
and accepted by us under the “Distance Selling Regulations 2000”.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you
double check your measurements before placing an order to ensure your bed will
fit your room. If you have any questions or concerns about our bespoke beds,
please do not hesitate to contact us before placing an order to ensure your
complete satisfaction.
